Dripan is a York University graduate with a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), along with HR Management Certificate from York University.  She also obtained her Strategic HR Business Partner certificate with Human Capital Institute. She is an HR professional with 10+ years of experience spearheading comprehensive HR functions. Dripan started her employment at McMaster University in September 2012 and has held several HR roles within the University, such as, HR Manager in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology within FHS, ERP BSI Specialist (Recruitment Solutions Lead) in the Mosaic implementation team with UTS and most recently as the HR Advisor in HR Operations within HR Service Center.
